Limpio, instalaciones nuevas, personal agradable y ambiente tranquilo. La rampa del parking no es tan justa. Con un poquito de maniobra se puede entrar bien, hasta coches más grandes. En resumen un 9 sobre 10. Si vuelvo a Madrid es donde me hospedaré.

Excelente hotel num local discreto mesmo às portas da zona mais central da cidade. O centroestá a 20 minutos a pé. Muito requintado e bons quartos, pena que a maioria sejam interiores sem janelas mas isso faz com que sejam muito silenciosos. O pequeno almoço é excelente e de grande variedade! O estacionamento é muito caro.

El hotel está muy bien situado. El personal es excepcional: muy agradables y serviciales; da gusto hablar con ellos y te ayudan a que tu estancia sea lo mejor posible. Desde la recepción, hasta los camareros así como el personal de limpieza... increíbles todos ellos!! La cocina tiene que mejorar un pelín. Cenamos allí una noche y aunque no estaba mal, podría ser mejor. Desde luego repetiré cuando regrese a Madrid.

Hotel muy bien situado. Habitaciones modernas y limpias. Muy buen trato y facilidades por parte de los empleados. La piscina un poco pequeña pero el solarium es amplio y con duchas y ventiladores de agua.

El hotel es bonito y las camas espectaculares. Pero lo mejor es la atención de los trabajadores. En mi caso, estuvieron pendientes en todo momento, incluso de temas de mi automóvil en el parking.

We book there in August for 68€ per night, the rooms are big the bed are very comfortable, the staff is very kind especially there at the rooftop bar, what is very nice and relaxing and with a small pool. At this price you do nothing wrong to book here.

Excelente escolha para uma escapadinha em Madrid. A piscina é minúscula, mas não deixa de ter a sua piada! O lounge de apoio é super agradável. Os quartos são muito bons e os espaços comuns também. O pessoal é muito simpático e atencioso.

Attended this as part of mid sized conference. The hotel is built efficiently to handle conferences with good connectivity across event areas, rooms and restaurants. The suite was spacious, well kept and fresh. Good connectivity to the airport and other areas. Would have been tempted to rate at 5 star but for below. The gym was tiny for the few 100 rooms, and with 3 people it was full.No security chain, lens on door. Poor shower pressure and a 1/3 rd shower cabin where water flows out easily :) maybe that's why the pressure was kept low. If you look beyond these minor irritants that could have been just my room, it is a good place in the city for conferences.

Although the hotel is huge (it is actually the biggest Novotel in the world) they manage to keep the feeling of a quiet and warm environment everywhere. Even at the breakfast room you feel like in a more quiet place as they distribute kiosks with food and beverages around around (e.g. there is a special kiosk to make fresh juices with your preferred combination of fruits or vegetables).Rooms are also very comfortable: fashion and modern, but yet warm and practical as well.Entrance is a bit weird and hidden between tow streets, but the hotel is definitely a must go if you have to stay in the area!

Neat,clean,spacious rooms. Bed is comfortable. Bathroom is modern. Doors are not sound proof so if any one passing by your room you can hear and at night it’s disturbing. Room service menu is good. The lobby bar is great! Hotel staff are friendly but not professional. Can have to wait a bit to check in and out.

Probably the best breakfast I have had in a hotel... Ever?! Broccoli, aubergine, salad and even cauliflower available as well as plenty of protein (eggs, omelettes, cold meats, sausages, smoked salmon and a variety of cheese as well as yoghurt). Freshly made smoothies were available and a variety of bread / cereal. The reception staff were always helpful and obliging and the food menu in the bar was nice and healthy and available until late - so you could have something like lentil soup at about 10pm if you hadn't had time to eat. I didn't have much time to explore the rest of the hotel much but I would definitely stay again and take the family AND recommend the hotel to other people. Definitely a lovely and well-situated base for exploring Madrid 👌🏼 (Also liked the living wall in the foyer - very cool)

Clean, excellent shower, abundant toiletries, comfortable bed, safe in room, breakfast a feast in itself, get there before 10:30. A gentle server makes delectable juice on demand. Close to three metro stations. Walk to Retiro Park in 11 minutes. Restaurants for Tapas. Go to Odonnell11, you won't be disappointed. Wifi was great, the rooms soundless. My go to hotel in Madrid. Easily reached by metro from airport with rolling luggage. A five minute walk fromOdonnell Metro Station. The best thing was they checked us in at 7:00AM.We slept for five hours then began our adventure. I adore Madrid.
