“I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. Not only is the staff unaccommodating, unfriendly, and uninformative, I left the hotel Monday and I am still having issues with having my funds being released after my stay. I placed a major credit card on file during my stay but settled my bill with my debit card. I received an invoice after making a payment for my room and still was charged the same amount the day after checkout. After contacting the front desk several times, no one had any solutions other than wait 5 business days for my funds to be released; EVEN AFTER I ALREADY PAID FOR THE ROOM. Maybe if the staff was friendlier and more hospitable, it would be easier for me to be okay with $500 of my funds bring held for no reason. I will definitely never stay here again.”

“I stay at this hotel almost every week. Rooms are clean and there are big suites available. Lounge is a big plus for gold/platinum members. They server breakfast in lounge and light snacks in evening. They also offer wine on certain days, which is quite impressive service. Staff is good and cater to needs as required. Close to Metrotech and other businesses.”
