El brunch no está mal, tenían mucha variedad, cosas muy ricas y otras mejorables como la paella, el solomillo, los huevos benedictinos, el salmóno el gazpacho que estaba caliente. La terraza es bonita. La atención del personal muy buena. Precio 80€ persona algo caro quizá.

Fuimos al brunch del domingo dos adultos y dos niños. Lleno hasta los topes, y a pesar de la reserva y ser una celebración, tuvimos la peor mesa, junto a la entrada. Ambiente variado, menos formal de lo que esperaba. Los maleducados típicos, los cumpleaños, las parejas, en fin, lo esperable en cualquier buffet, aunque aquí lo esperaba menos, sinceramente. Mejor llamar para reservar y pedir mesa en el jardín, bonito y más tranquilo. El servicio bueno y amable, aunque bastante desbordado. Variedad y calidad de comida, en la parte del jardín tienen más cosas, arroces, asados y plancha, hay que salir a verlo. Reposición constante hasta las 15.30 más o menos, a partir de ahí ya la cosa se relaja pues se supone que la gente está con el postre. Sushi, atún, ceviche, vasitos variados, rica ensaladilla, huevos benedict, chipirones en su tinta, estupendas verduras a la brasa, todo muy rico! Bebidas incluidas, además de vinos y buen cava, las cervezas, refrescos y zumo de tomate preparado. Alguna gente pedía licores, desconozco si también estaban incluidos. Merece la pena? Sí, es un completo buffet con buena relación calidad-precio. Lo que menos me gustó? El ambiente. A veces me parecía estar en Benidorm, la verdad.

Maravillosa la atención de todo el personal desde Laura y Vidal en el club lounge a Carlos con las maletas en la recepción. Todos con muchísima eficiencia, simpatía y calidez. Hacen la diferencia para poder pasar una estadía fantástica. Volveremos !!!!

An older Intercontinental. The rooms are large, but seem rather old. The lobby and the bar are beautiful and very cozy. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. I would certainly book here again.

I stayed at this place many times over the past 6 years. It is the best-service hotel you can get in Madrid when traveling for business. The Club area is incomparable and people working there are very professional. Also very well situated 20 min. from airport

Espectaculares los brunch del día del padre y del día de la madre. Un buffet libre con una variedad increíble (paellas, cochinillo, marisco, canapés, shushi, ceviche, tartar, jamón ibérico, tablas de quesos, postres etc) muy buena cocina e impecable servicio. Totalmente recomendable.

Quede en la cafetería para una reunión de trabajo y no volveré. El trato del personal del garaje infame, ypara que te atiendan...sin comentarios. Una pena, porque lo recordaba con cariño ya que celebramos la boda allí.

The location of hotel is very good , you can walk through the city center and many famous streets of madrid. The rooms are quiet and very well prepared. The breakfast is good and prepared with various choices.

If it is the first time you want to visit Madrid and you have no idea which hotel can meet your expectations, stop searching! Here is the right place!
