An excellent hotel with a perfect location. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and they gave me valuable help in a personal contacting problem. The restaurant was under covid19-circumstances open only part-time but the buffet breakfast was very good and I recommend it warmly.

Tivemos uma estadia muito confortável e ter uma suíte com área de estar separada fez uma grande diferença, pois éramos 4 de nós. Ar condicionado separado para cada quarto e era mais silencioso do que em outros hotéis. Bom banho. Máquina de café Nespresso. Sala silenciosa. Equipe prestativa. A vista do nosso quarto não é ótima, mas foram mostradas suítes mais caras no andar superior e são excelentes se o seu orçamento se esticar. As opções gastronômicas do hotel não são ótimas, mas há vários lugares para comer.

5 estrelas não é suficiente. Ótimos quartos, equipe fenomenal do porteiro, mensageiros, recepção, serviço de quarto e camareiras todos foram simpáticos e lá para tornar a sua estadia perfeita. Elogios especiais para Jimmy na recepção. Nós estávamos lá no Natal com toda a minha família e o hotel estava impecável. A localização perfeita. Depois de muitos anos viajando para Nova York, encontramos o lugar para ficar.

A superb hotel in a superb city. The suites are tastefully appointed, and the staff are unbelievably attentive and responsive. This is a quality hotel that did not make one mis-step during my stay (and I am a tough customer to please). I would repeat in a heartbeat.

Clean, spacious rooms (especially for New York) with an incredible view, along with a very friendly staff. We would gladly stay here again in the future.Special shoutout to Nicki at the front desk! She went above and beyond to make our stay really special.

Overall a very nice hotel. Spacious suite with a great bed. Missing a central light switch to turn everything off from bed. Breakfast choices not what would be expected from a five star hotel! Charging room service fees for breakfast on days where the restaurant is closed seems like extortion. Missing options like eggs benedict or french toast. Restaurant breakfast only offered Fri-Sun, buffet only and the spread was mediocre at best. No made to order egg dishes available in restaurant!?

5 stars is not enough. Great rooms, phenomenal staff from the doorman, bellmen, front desk, room service and maids everyone was friendly and there to make your stay perfect. Special accolades for Jimmy at the front desk. We were there over Christmas with my entire family and the hotel was impeccable. The location perfect. After many years traveling to NYC we have found the place to stay.

Lovely hotel with perfect customer service and care provided by staff. We stayed in Dec 2021, every single employee was friendly and helpful and the hotel was beautiful, with enormous rooms for NYC! Beautiful marble bathrooms and comfortable furniture. They treated us like royalty for my husband's birthday, and were so quick to respond with the few requests we made by text message request system. We stayed using our points so I'll mention that if you have the status where they provide you with the food credit, be sure you order something each day, otherwise your credit isn't issued. The cost of room service is very costly, but that's the only slight downside to our stay. Can't say enough good about this hotel!!! Clean, safe and wonderful staff!!

When I say this hotel is gorgeous it's an understatement. The rooms are beautiful, the bathrooms are huge and have a separate dressing room and in some rooms there is also a separate living area. The room service wasn't quick but it's understandable because they're very busy. The food is delicious and about the same price as you'd pay in any restaurant in the area. My only qualm is the valet parking. You can't go to and fro from your car once it's parked so make sure you've got everything you need before you hand over your keys. Also, make sure you've got some cash in hand to tip room service and the valet.

We had a very comfortable stay and having a suite with separate living area made a big difference as there were 4 of us. Separate air conditioning for each room and it was quieter than at other hotels. Good shower. Nespresso coffee machine. Quiet room. Helpful staff. View from our room not great but was shown more expensive suites higher up and they are outstanding if your budget stretches. Dining options at the hotel are not great but there are numerous places to eat.

We really loved our experience at the Conrad Midtown. Booked it with an anniversary certificate and got upgraded to a larger suite. The service was amazing and also perfect was the location in Manhattan. Most of the sites are accessible via walking or the subway. Would highly recommend this Conrad if you decide to stay in Manhattan. It was a memorable experience we hope to be back soon! One recommendation is to adjust the sensors on the minibar. I had to call the property to get minibar charges refunded even though I didn't take any of the drinks.

The rooms have several small signs of wear - scuff marks, chips, stains, holes, warped floor boards… the amenities are quite lacking and there were some communications issues with service. I’d still give it four stars if it were half the price. The price is the only aspect reflective of the Conrad title.

Dangerous Health and Safety Building Code Issue: Very significant and against US Building Code Laws at the Conrad Midtown hotel in that many rooms have adjoining doors with a 2 foot gap in between the doors with no inside handle and therefore no way out once shut. My wife accidently went through door thinking it was the bathroom, door shut, no handle, and she was stuck screaming for help for almost an hour in total darkness, trapped between two doors @11PM at night. After an hour of screaming for help someone eventually found her. This is a tremendous safety hazard at Conrad New York Midtown. Surprised the NYC building inspectors have not required these doors to IMMEDIATELY be fixed to prevent customers from being entrapped (more like entombed between the walls), this is clearly a very dangerous health risk to overnight customers.

We stayed at a Conrad for three days and we were very pleasant surprised. the rooms were super clean and as a diamond member we got upgraded to an endsuite with view. staffing was very polite and helpful we did several requests over the app and got quick responses they well-deserved five stars. ❤️❤️

Ficamos encantados com a nossa estadia para celebrar o nosso aniversário. A equipe fez o possível para nos ajudar a comemorar, mandando champanhe no dia. Nosso quarto era lindo e a cama era a perfeição. Precisávamos de cochilos diários para apreciar adequadamente essa nuvem fofa, porém firme. A localização não poderia ser melhor em Midtown e ainda de alguma forma tranquila. No geral, vou recomendar este hotel felizmente!

We were delighted with our stay to celebrate our anniversary. The staff went out of their way to help us celebrate, sending us champagne on the day. Our room was beautiful and the bed was perfection. We required daily naps to properly appreciate this fluffy yet firm cloud. Location could not be better in Midtown and still somehow quiet. Overall, I will recommend this hotel happily!

Fantastic rooms. Large suites with everything you need in a great location. Rooms are immaculate. Cleanest hotel and very reassuring during pandemic. Walkable to Central Park, Columbus Circle and many other landmark places. Rooms very large with lots of places for all of our stuff. Our room had 3 wardrobes, a safe, well stocked for coffee etc and minibar. Bathroom and shower were awesome!

(edit)I've only been here once since the switch to being the Conrad, and unfortunately I don't think this is my go-to NYC hotel anymore. In house dining is no longer something I would recommend. Took a long time, and pricing makes no sense for what you get, which was essentially diner food. The restaurant before was one of my favorite on-site hotel restaurants, so this is a huge shift. The rooms remain clean and vastly unchanged. They "updated" some parts of them, and other parts that could use a coat of paint or touch-up seemed overlooked in the remodel. Ended up checking out early. (Previous review)Very nice place to stay, allowing easy access to everywhere you'd like to spot in NYC. The staff is friendly, in house dining is great, and the rooms are very nice. Any issues we have had during our stays were promptly addressed.

Excelente ubicación en el Midtown de Manhattan. Aún están en remodelación por lo que no puedo calificar bar y restaurante. Elascensor puede mejorar, elevadores antiguos, lentos y temporalmente fuera de servicio me dejaron mal sabor y cansancio por escalas recorridas.

Está casi al borde de Central Park y a cuatro pasos de sitios tan chulos como el MoMA,Rockefeller Center... Con grandes ventanales que ofrecen unas vistas de la ciudad muy buenas, de película. El restaurante tiene muchisima fama ya que lo dirige Gordon Ramsey. El hotel está muy bien tanto para alojarte un fin de semana de compras ,de trabajo (hay WiFi)...Comodidad , limpieza .. Estupendo!
