“i wish there was something below one star that i could give. my husband specially planned this trip for my birthday. we travelled all the way from washington to spend some time here and celebrate. i was not provided with the services i was promised specially shuttle service to the strip which i specially asked about when booking for the hotel. breakfast was pathetic. rude housekeepers. no sanitizing of elevators and public areas. rooms are worn out and old not matching the website description. the hotel staff do not go above and beyond to serve their guests. its only money making here. guest service is not paramount for them. i am never going back here and i will never recommend anyone to go.”
