“Not a 5 stars hotel. Very old fashioned, room was dusty and not really sound proof. Staff was nice if you needed sth but I worked myself as a hotel receptionist and I believe that smiling to your guests and say “hi” when they come in it’s something quite basic and should never be missed.”
