“O hotel é bom e muito bem localizado. O atendimento é ruim, profissionais pouco atenciosos e sempre de cara fechada. Limpeza éboa. Apesar de não ter gostado da falta de atenção e simpatia dos profissionais índico o hotel, é uma boa opção para ficar em Madrid.”
