“I stayed here while I visited New York in December, and liked it. The hotel is in a nice part of Brooklyn with a good walking distance to shopping and other attractions. The staff is nice, and my favorite is that the lobby includes Starbucks 😁 The Starbucks should add mobile orders though, I hate to stand in line .. Rooms are nice and clean, and the lounge representative was very welcoming and helpful. The lounge did, however, seem a bit worn out, but the food and drinks was fine. Note that you’ll have to ask for the passcode to the toilets on the lounge/pool floor, since this changes every day. Overall a great experience. I have attached a photo that shows the view from my room.”

“I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. Not only is the staff unaccommodating, unfriendly, and uninformative, I left the hotel Monday and I am still having issues with having my funds being released after my stay. I placed a major credit card on file during my stay but settled my bill with my debit card. I received an invoice after making a payment for my room and still was charged the same amount the day after checkout. After contacting the front desk several times, no one had any solutions other than wait 5 business days for my funds to be released; EVEN AFTER I ALREADY PAID FOR THE ROOM. Maybe if the staff was friendlier and more hospitable, it would be easier for me to be okay with $500 of my funds bring held for no reason. I will definitely never stay here again.”
