“This Hotel is beautiful from the outside and its infrastructure has a lot to offer (restaurants, swim pool, entertainment, ect). However the room in itself is not worth the price: everything is old in it and it smells of mold. We just spent one night there and kept the window open to try to get rid off of it without success. This was so present and strong that impregnated everywhere. Although the staff was very friendly and professional at the reception, and the beautiful beach is two feet away from it, we will never come back here again.”

“Buena ubicación. Me entregaron el baño sin preparación (sin toallas, sin cortina, se escurrió el agua por todos lados). Dos días no pude entrar a mi habitación, la puerta no servia y el soporte tardo en darse. Falta de atención en la comida, no había quien atendiera, se nos negó una taza para poder servirnos café (nos dieron la opción de tomar un cono de cartón).”
