“Hotel and it’s amenities are really nice. I enjoyed the attention and warmth of the staff. They were very efficient and organized both for the check in and check out process, most specially the transfers. The only thing was not having hot water in the bathroom (shower area) and the insects when you walk along the stairs going to the beach front.”

“It was a very nice place. But the only thing that disappoint us is the upgrade fee. We booked our reservation last July 2019 for a room with sea view. We got there they told us that our room was in half way to the view, and they have a room with a full view with an upgrade fee. The resort was not full and we booked early. They have the room for us but they want us to pay more. We just don’t want to ruin our experience that’s why we just accepted it and pay. But this fee is not reasonable enough to charge us more. They tricked us with the fee that we shouldn’t be paying, so disappointing. Other than that we were satisfied.”
