“The first room was really, really dirty and smelled horrible, cigarette smoke and Jody odor. We moved to a different room. It didn't stink like the first one, but one of the two bath towels had blood on it, and the room was dirty. Grimy doors, visible grossness on the telephone. We couldn't wait to get out of there.”

“En general, el lugar fue genial. Maravilloso desayuno y servicio al cliente. Nos registramos tarde en la noche y estábamos muy cansados. Al ver el gran montaje que teníamos con dos dormitorios y dos baños, nos emocionamos hasta que bajé la colcha y vi de inmediato que las sábanas y fundas de almohada de mi cama no estaban limpias. También vi dos pelos largos en una toalla supuestamente limpia. Cuando me quejé con una de las personas de servicio al cliente a la mañana siguiente, ella dijo que las lavadoras no funcionaban y que tenían que llevar la ropa de cama a un Marriott hermano para que la lavara. Ni siquiera se disculpó y actuó como si fuera algo natural dejar la ropa de cama sucia en la cama. ¡Ty, que trabaja de noche fue el mejor! Nos registró y ayudó mucho con un equipaje pesado. Habría sido una estancia tan agradable si no hubiera sido por la ropa de cama.”
