A localização era perfeita! Eles honestamente tinham tudo o que precisávamos! Embora não pudéssemos reservar uma massagem em seu spa, fomos capazes de fazer tratamentos faciais .. foi uma experiência incrível! Nossa senhora fez um trabalho incrível, nossos rostos pareciam uma nova camada !! Eles foram muito simpáticos e atenciosos! Vamos definição voltar! Os quartos eram grandes, muito espaço. Eles tinham uma luz noturna no chão que acendia quando você saía da cama, o que achamos ser um ótimo recurso. As cortinas blackout foram provavelmente as MELHORES que já tivemos em um hotel. Eles tinham uma tv no espelho do banheiro que nós gostamos. Eu só queria que eles tivessem um ventilador no banheiro para ajudar com aqueles chuveiros quentes. A piscina de borda infinita era incrível na cobertura. Os barmen foram excelentes! Nós realmente apreciamos nosso tempo lá!

I stayed in the Deluxe king with a fantastic downtown view. The shower had excellent pressure and great water temperature. I put my head on the bed and was asleep in 2 minutes. The gym was clean and equipped with nice gear. The Spa was refreshing and Accommodating. The Valet was excellent! The downstairs lobby ammenities were also great. I enjoyed the location and the many things to do. My recommendation or complaint is recommending a valet checkout tipping system. Having a system with a log of who assisted you for tipping at checkout would be great. The spa doesn’t have very many openings and a space with massaging chairs etc. for self service would be a great alternative. Overall, my stay was excellent and peaceful.

Just arrived this afternoon, but already highly impressed. The staff is so nice and makes us feel right at home. Such a beautiful hotel with so much to do and SO MANY places to eat! Can't wait until tomorrow to check the whole place out! Beautiful, clean as can be and very modernly decorated! Glad we are here!! ❤❤❤

The location was perfect!! They honestly had everything that we needed! Although we couldn't book a massage at their spa, we were able to get facials.. it was such an amazing experience! Our lady did an amazing job, our faces felt like a new layer!! They were very friendly and attentive! We will definition go back! The rooms were great, plenty of space. They had a floor nightlight that would light up when you got out of bed, which we thought was a great feature. The blackout curtains were probably the BEST we've ever had at a hotel. They had a tv in the bathroom mirror that we enjoyed. I just wish they had a fan in the bathroom to help out with those hot showers. The infinity pool was Soo amazing in the rooftop. The bartenders were outstanding! We really enjoyed our time there!!

É um edifício legal com algumas comodidades agradáveis? sim. Vale a pena o alto custo, mais a aplicação zero de regras de máscaras obscuras? Não. Não apenas metade dos convidados com quem tivemos que interagir não tinham máscara à vista, em áreas fechadas como um * elevador *, mas também reservamos durante um fim de semana de convenção de vôlei. Antes de fazer a reserva, certifique-se de que não haverá uma convenção deste tipo durante a sua estadia. Nós realmente estávamos ansiosos para relaxar no jacuzzi e obter bebidas no belo bar. MAS TODA a piscina E o bar estavam completamente cheios de adolescentes da convenção, gritando e tratando o terraço como um playground. Funcionários não fazem NADA para fazer cumprir suas próprias regras de capacidade de 20%. Eles devem levar em consideração a satisfação dos convidados, não incluindo centenas de adolescentes. Hotel bonito, comida ruim, não voltaria. Esta NÃO foi a viagem romântica e luxuosa que eu tinha em mente.

Is it a cool building with some nice amenities? Yes. Is it worth the high cost, plus zero enforcing of covid mask rules? No. Not only did half the guests we had to interact with have no mask in sight, in enclosed areas like an *elevator*, but we booked during a volleyball convention weekend. Prior to booking, please ensure there won't be a convention of this type during your stay. We really looked forward to relaxing in the jacuzzi and getting drinks at the beautiful bar. BUT the ENTIRE pool AND bar were completely filled with teens from the convention, screaming and treating the terrace as a playground. Staff does NOTHING to enforce their own 20% capacity rules. They should consider the satisfaction of guests not including the hundreds of teens. Pretty hotel, bad food, would not come back. This was NOT the romantic and luxurious trip I had in mind.

Amazing! I had the best time ever here! Got this place for a excellent price at ʜᴏᴛᴇʟʙᴜʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏᴍ I love this hotel and I'm extremely happy I stayed at my favorite hotel much cheaper than what I typically spend. We checked in around after midnight, the front desk host Drake extended 1 hour for us. He gave us a good room with the best view at 23rd floor. So happy for the service that he provided. We stayed at luxurious premier 1 king room .The only thing missing was microwave in the room. Room is very neat and clean. Bathroom is fresh too. Pool was amazing. Stuffs are friendly. Totally loved it.. Honestly the money is worth it.

TL; DR: Não foi terrível, mas eu não ficaria novamente. Por US $ 600 ou mais por duas noites, eu esperava muito mais do que pagar US $ 15 pelo estacionamento, US $ 30 pelo café da manhã e US $ 20 pelo WiFi que não era tão rápido quanto meu ponto de acesso e não esperava ter que limpar os usados de outra lenços fora do meu quarto nos dias de COVID. 😅 Prefiro pegar meu dinheiro e ficar em um Holiday Inn da próxima vez - praticamente o mesmo, exceto pela vista e pelas comodidades precárias que o Omni oferece gratuitamente na HI (e literalmente em qualquer outro lugar ..)Minhas amigas e eu passamos duas noites aqui para uma pequena escapadela. A vista era boa, mas provavelmente foi a única coisa que gostamos nela. Na época do Coronavírus e supostos procedimentos extras de limpeza, eu não esperava encontrar tanta poeira quanto nós (o que era; não tenho medo da poeira - apenas tínhamos a certeza de não usar a cafeteira do quarto ) OU usei lenços de papel atrás da mesinha de cabeceira quando fui conectar o carregador do meu telefone. 🥴 Mencionei isso na recepção, e a senhora super simpática me disse que faria a limpeza do meu quarto imediatamente para descartá-lo, porque , honestamente, o pensamento de minha cabeça estar perto deles meio (leia: realmente) me enojou. Todos nós esperamos até 2h da manhã e a limpeza nunca apareceu, então compramos algumas luvas e descartamos os lenços com ALGUMA OUTRA FLUIDOS CORPORAIS NELE. Acabei contando à recepção sobre o não comparecimento das tarefas domésticas. Ela, novamente, foi super legal e se desculpou, e é por isso que eu não dei muita importância, já que não era culpa dela. Ela OFERECE (eu juro, eu não perguntei. Lol) para me reembolsar por uma noite. Digo a ela que não queria que ela se metesse em nenhum tipo de problema por fazer isso, e ela disse que era o mínimo que eles podiam fazer. Tudo bem, isso é muito legal. Eles acabaram levando apenas $ 100 de nossos $ 600 para a conta de duas noites, mas eu não posso estar muito bravo com isso, embora devesse ter sido $ 200.

TL;DR: It wasn’t terrible, but I wouldn’t stay again. For $600+ for two-nights, I expected much more than having to pay $15 for parking, $30 for breakfast and $20 for WiFi that wasn’t even as fast as my hotspot, and I did not expect to have to clean someone else’s used tissues out of my room in the days of COVID. 😅 Id much rather take my money and stay at a Holiday Inn next time - pretty much the same except for the view and price-gouged amenities the Omni offers are freeeeeee at HI (and literally everywhere else..)My girlfriends and I spent two nights here for a little getaway. The view was nice, but that’s probably the only thing we liked about it. In the days of Coronavirus and supposed extra cleaning procedures, I didn’t expect to find as much dust as we did (which was whatever; I’m not scared of dust - we just were sure to not use the in-room coffee maker) OR used tissues behind the bedside table when I went to plug my phone charger in. 🥴 I mentioned it to the front desk, and the super nice lady told me she would get housekeeping up to my room right away to dispose of it, because, honestly, the thought of my head being near them kinda (read: really) grossed me out. We all waited up until 2am and housekeeping never showed, so we bought some gloves and disposed of the tissues with SOMEONE ELSE’S BODILY FLUIDS ON THEM. I ended up telling the front desk about housekeeping not showing up. She, again, was super nice and apologetic which is why I didn’t make a huge deal of it as it wasn’t her fault. She OFFERS (I swear, I didn’t ask. Lol) to refund me for the one night. I tell her that I didn’t want her to get into any kind of trouble for doing that, and she said it was the least they could do. Alright, that’s pretty cool. They ended up only taking $100 off of our $600 for two-nights bill, but I can’t be too mad about that even though it should’ve been $200.

Vou ficar aqui para uma viagem de trabalho. Esta é a primeira vez que tenho que viajar desde o vírus Corona. Foi muito estranho se envolver com um hotel durante esse vírus. E também foi muito estranho ver a diferença no meu estado natal e como o Texas está lidando com as coisas. Quando entro em um lugar no Oregon quase nunca há ninguém sem máscara, mas aqui neste hotel que tem placas dizendo master obrigatório em locais públicos é cerca de 50-50. As comodidades eram agradáveis O ginásio era agradável A piscina era agradável Os quartos eram agradáveis e as vistas eram agradáveis.

I'm going to stay here for a work trip. This is the first time I've had to travel since Corona virus. It was really weird to engage with a hotel during this virus. And it was also really weird to see the difference in my home state and how Texas is handling things. When I walk into a place in Oregon there's almost never anyone without a mask but here in this hotel that has signs up saying master mandatory in public places it's about 50-50. The amenities were nice The gym was nice The pool was nice The rooms were nice and the views were nice.

The fastest check in I have ever experienced! The hotel room was clean, decor was up to date, and the staff was friendly. My stay was short so I didn’t visit the pool or get to order room service. I did however have a very nice view of the city with floor to ceiling windows.

Loved it! Stayed a night there and loved the view of the skyline from downtown Dallas. The sports bar inside had great burgers and fries and they never stopped filling my Sprite. The hotel itself is a work of art inside and out and I'm definitely coming back to explore the gym and the pool because I ran out of time.

Check-in process was fast and easy. Valet was quick. Beautiful and modern rooms with amazing views. The location is perfect! You're literally right in the middle of Downtown Dallas. As a local, lived in Dallas all my life, I would recommend this hotel to any tourist or out of town visitors.
