“It was a beautiful, calm and serene stay. All the staff was very polite. Special mention for Happy from Havana club and Ruwan from Palm. They were very welcoming. They made us feel very welcoming and made our stay comfortable. One suggestion though, room service should be made available atleast at the far ends of the island. Ours was basic inclusive package. I wasn't feeling well on my 3rd day, so couldn't make it to buffet. My husband asked if he could take something for me to our room from the buffet since it was included,but they denied. I guess this needs to be fixed.”
