Nice e quarto limpo com serviços ao cliente incríveis. O fluente Inglês falando gerente é tão simpática. Não há problema para os estrangeiros. O hotel fica bem no centro da cidade e muito conveniente para comer e fazer compras. O café da manhã é tão tão que eu não me importo porque posso encontrar comida muito melhor fora mais. Eu adoraria voltar a ficar novamente.

Definitivamente escolheremos ficar aqui novamente quando eu voltar a Shenzhen. Quarto foi impecáveis e espaçosos. Um dos melhores hotéis que você pode encontrar na área. Limpeza, localização, comida ao redor do hotel são todos 5 estrelas. As comodidades são adequadas e quarto é bem conservado. Shopping, você poderá fazer compras e retirar suas malas no hotel. Então continue comprando novamente! Escolha de fumar n quarto para não fumadores. Café-da-manhã foi como cortesia. Seleção decente. Junto com uma estação de ovo. Staffs são bem versados em Inglês. Foi uma estadia incrível!

Realmente nice hotel na entrada de uma muito legal área de caminhada. Toneladas de ótimas opções de comida. Logo acima do metrô, acesso tão fácil. Hotel foi realmente nice, a equipe foram muito útil, e foi adorável. A única coisa que eu não gostava, na verdade odiava, era que no interruptor de luzes para o banheiro controla o banheiro e este mini-caminhada no armário. A mini-caminhada no armário não tem porta. Portanto, se seu parceiro está dormindo na cama e você vai ao banheiro tarde ou cedo, há uma grande chance de que essa luz os acorde. Além disso, o quarto era encantador.

Minha família e eu tivemos uma ótima estadia no Hyatt Place Shenzhen Dongmen. Nossos quartos foram espaçosos e novos, e o layout foi bem planejados. O banheiro foi grande e o chuveiro foi great. Além disso, o número de tomadas de energia nos quartos foi um toque agradável.Todos no hotel é gentil e acolhedor. I foi realmente impressionado com a equipe do hotel atenção aos detalhes, até mesmo como a equipe sabia que estava vegetarianos (como observado por anterior Hyatt equipe em mais cedo estadias) e oferecidos para me mostrar que opções vegetarianas foram disponíveis no buffet de café-da-manhã. Minha família inteira adorou. Nós sentida como combinados ou até mesmo ultrapassado o café-da-manhã em hotéis com maior estrelas (mas de alguma forma eles também taxa extra para o café-da-manhã ?!). Nós comemos mais do que suficiente e ficamos muito felizes com a grande variedade de opções, tanto ocidentais e chineses.Eu recomendo este Hyatt Place se você estiver planejando uma viagem para Shenzhen!

Al quedarse por primera vez, la experiencia superó las expectativas. Ubicado en el metro "Old Street" en el distrito de Luohu, es muy popular y hay muchas opciones gastronómicas cercanas. Las habitaciones son de tamaño mediano, limpias y bien hechas, para que pueda estar a gusto. Aunque el desayuno no es rico, es sincero. Aunque hay un poco de ruido al costado cerca del ferrocarril, tiene poco efecto y puedes dormir tranquilo.

Mi familia y yo tuvimos una gran estancia en el Hyatt Place Shenzhen Dongmen. Nuestras habitaciones eran amplias y nuevas, y la distribución estaba bien diseñada. El baño era grande y la ducha era genial. Además, el número de enchufes en las habitaciones era un buen toque.Todos en el hotel son amables y acogedores. Quedé realmente impresionado por la atención al detalle del personal del hotel, incluso cómo el personal sabía que era vegetariano (como lo señaló el personal anterior de Hyatt en estancias anteriores) y se ofrecieron a mostrarme qué opciones vegetarianas estaban disponibles en el buffet de desayuno. A toda mi familia le encantó. Un hotel realmente bonito en la entrada de una zona para caminar muy fresca. Toneladas de excelentes opciones de comida. Justo encima del metro, tan fácil acceso. El hotel era realmente agradable, el personal era muy servicial, y el desayuno era encantador. Lo único que no me gustó, de hecho odiaba, era que al encender las luces, cambiar al baño controla tanto el baño como este mini vestidor. El mini walk in closet no tiene puerta. Por lo tanto, si su pareja está durmiendo en la cama y va al baño tarde o temprano, existe una gran posibilidad de que esta luz los despierte. Aparte de eso, la habitación era encantadora.

Excellent location right on top of 1234 Space shopping mall where you’ll find restaurants, Starbucks, various milk tea shops and more on the 4th and 5ft floor! Laojie Subway station right underneath the hotel with direct line to Shenzhen airport and just a few minutes walk to Dongmen shopping streets! Spacious room with a nice view. So comfortable bed, clean and awesome decor! The front desk staffs are so welcoming and extra thankful for our room upgrade! Unquestionable hospitality and undoubtedly recommendable!

Really nice hotel at the entrance of a very cool walking area. Tons of great food options. Right above the subway, so easy access. Hotel was really nice, staff were very helpful, and breakfast was lovely. The one thing I didn't like, in fact hated, was that at the lights switch to the bathroom controls both the bathroom and this mini walk in closet.The mini walk in closet doesn't have a door.Therefore if your partner is sleeping in bed and you go to the bathroom late or early, there's a very high chance that this light will wake them up. Apart from that, the room was delightful.

My family and I had a great stay at Hyatt Place Shenzhen Dongmen. Our rooms were spacious and new, and the layout was well designed. The bathroom was large and the shower was great. Plus the number of power plugs in the rooms was a nice touch. Everyone at the hotel is kind and welcoming. I was truly impressed by the hotel staff's attention to detail, even how the staff knew that I was vegetarian (as noted by previous Hyatt staff on earlier stays) and they offered to show me what vegetarian options were available at the breakfast buffet. My whole family loved it. We felt like it matched or even surpassed the breakfast at hotels with higher stars (but somehow they also charge extra for breakfast?!). We ate more than enough and were very happy with the wide variety of options, both Western and Chinese. I would highly recommend this Hyatt Place if you're planning a trip to Shenzhen!

Limpieza, ubicación, comida alrededor del hotel son todos 5 estrellas. Las comodidades son adecuadas y la habitación está bien mantenida. El hotel está justo en el centro de la ciudad y es muy conveniente para comer y comprar. El desayuno es tan bueno que no me importa porque puedo encontrar comida mucho mejor fuera de lo demás. Me encantaría volver para quedarme de nuevo.

Nice and clean room with amazing customer services. The fluent English speaking manager is so friendly.There is no problem for the foreigners at all. The hotel just right in the centre of the city and very convenient to eat and shop. The breakfast is just so so which I don't care because I can find a lot better food outside else. I would love to come back to stay again.

Will definitely choose to stay here again when I come back to Shenzhen. Room was clean and spacious. One of the better hotels you’d be able to find around the area. Cleanliness, location, food around the hotel are all 5 stars. Amenities are adequate and room is well maintained. Shopping district, You’d be able to shop and drop your bags back at the hotel. Then continue shopping again! Choice of smoking n non-smoking room. Breakfast was complimentary. Decent selection. Along with an egg station. Staffs are well versed in English. It was an amazing stay!
