“Las habitaciones necesitarían un lavado de cara, nuestro inodoro no funcionaba bien cuando se descargaba, el botón colgaba, por lo que permanecía parado y se descargaba todo el tiempo. Tengo que pedir ayuda dos veces. Ese tipo de cosas debería funcionar. Piensa que debería haber una tetera y un minibar en una habitación por este precio, no siempre querrás bajar todo el camino para conseguir agua para el té.”
