“Somos um casal que passou algumas noites em um de seus quartos superiores. Nenhuma boa experiência, infelizmente, pois havia muito a desejar. Não havia geladeira, guarda-roupa, ar condicionado (havia um ventilador de mesa barato que girava em torno do ar ruim), nem limpeza, nem lugar para colocar sabão e xampu no chuveiro. Sabão e xampu bastavam para uma pessoa por dia. Com capacidade de resposta tanto na rua quanto no corredor. A TV tinha canais limitados. O hotel não foi particularmente degradado e pequeno-almoço estava bem. Nós fomos cobrados SEK 300 a mais pelo quarto do que o que foi declarado no momento da reserva. Não colocaremos nenhuma viagem de lazer aqui novamente.”

“Very clean room with a comfortable bed. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Hotel location was central and close to the train station The only thing that wasnt 5 out of 5 stars was breakfast buffet. Food selection was a bit lacking compared to competitor hotels in the same price range.”
