“Requested a 1pm check-in through the app 2 days before our stay. Showed up at 1:40 and was informed the room wouldn’t be available until 3. THANKFULLY I have family in the area that I visited with. Called back at 3, which is official check-in time, STILL not ready. We couldn’t check in until after 4. Then we were given keys to a room that someone else is already occupying! Two adults, a one year old baby, and two dogs go trudging back to the desk to get a new room. My phone is still allowing me to open the door to the other room with the Marriott app! This place SUCKS. Thank goodness it’s only one night”

GRAÇAS, eu tenho família na área que visitei. Liguei de volta às 3, que é o horário oficial de check-in, AINDA não está pronto. Não podíamos fazer o check-in antes das quatro. Então, recebemos as chaves de um quarto que outra pessoa já está ocupando! Dois adultos, um bebê de um ano e dois cachorros voltam para a escrivaninha para comprar um novo quarto. Meu telefone ainda está me permitindo abrir a porta para o outro quarto com o aplicativo Marriott! Este lugar é uma merda. Ainda bem que é apenas uma noite”
