Plus: situated in a perfekt place. Big rooms. That is perfect for families. Bus to Santa Village right by the door. The kettle was brand new so that was nice to make a cup of tea in evening. Great view, if your room is on the river side. Minus: unfortunately our room was not too clean. All the counters very dusty, candy wrappers from previous people, the floors not clean, sand and hair. Bathroom is not clean, lots of dust everywhere. We were missing information regarding dinner, was informed of different prises, one says kids free,the other says 10 ero🙈 Also was never informed that the buffet is a dinner option, only given the menu to order from. All in all we do like the hotel but there is place for improvement 😉

O hotel é o pior que já estive na minha vida .. quarto velho sujo. Eles não reservam o quarto durante toda a estadia. A piscina estava estragada, e graças a Deus, porque se situava noutro edifício e a -20 ° para usar luz. Fomos até a recepção 3 vezes para pegar papel higiênico. A única coisa decente é o café da manhã. Se quer estragar as suas férias este é o seu hotel !!

Bom hotel em uma ótima localização em Rovaniemi. Quartos bem equipados, camas muito confortáveis, comida saborosa e um bar maravilhosamente equipado no restaurante principal. Sauna ok, mas piscina em reforma. Perto da paragem de autocarro de onde chegaremos à aldeia de Mikołaj em 10 minutos.

Hotel era bom. Nós tivemos uma ótima experiência. A visão externa era muito boa. Os funcionários do hotel foram muito úteis. Quarto era muito antigo e o aquecedor não estava funcionando corretamente. Quando você vem de fora, a temperatura externa estava muito baixa em dezembro, então inicialmente estávamos nos sentindo quentes, mas depois de algum tempo estávamos sentindo frio. Embora tenhamos reclamado que os funcionários do hotel vêm de fora, sentiram calor por dentro, então disseram que está funcionando bem e não fizeram nada para consertar.

El hotel es de lo peor que he estado en mi vida.. la habitación vieja y sucia. No te hacen la habitación en toda la estancia. La piscina fuera de servicio, y menos mal, porque estaba ubicada en otro edificio y a -20° como para ir ligero de ropa. Hemos bajado 3 veces a recepción para que pongan papel higiénico. Lo único decente es el desayuno. Si quieres amargarte las vacaciones este es tu hotel!!

Hotel nada recomendable. Las habitaciones sucias, no las limpiaban y a pesar de poner reclamacion en la recepción, que tampoco son nada amables, lo más que hicieron fue cambiar las toallas. La piscina estaba cerrada y la sauna ni pudimos ir ya que nuestras habitaciones estaban en un edificio próximo de muy baja calidad en todos los aspectos. En el cual a partir de las 18 no había ascensor directo y tenias que subir hasta la planta 2 por unas escaleras estrechashasta el ascensor de esa planta. NEFASTO

Hotel was nice. We had great experience. Outside view was very good. Hotel staffs were very helpful. Room was very old and the room heater was not working properly. When you come from outside though outside temperature was very low in December so initially we were feeling warm but after sometime we were feeling cold. Even though we complained though hotel staff come from outside felt warm inside so told it is working fine and didn't do anything to fix.

Uma boa experiência Scandic e a localização do hotel é excelente. Levamos o carro até a saída, o que foi bom por causa da geada cada vez mais forte. O quarto ficava no terceiro andar e era bem espaçoso, mas inegavelmente já tinha um pouco de vida. Foi aberto um sofá-cama para a filha, onde os travesseiros da parte de trás não ficaram no lugar devido ao ferro de base quebrado. No entanto, a vista da janela era ótima à noite e de manhã, o quarto também era relativamente silencioso.Café da manhã básico, vale por ex. prove a iguaria local com massa folhada com pasta de rena defumada.O hotel recebia muitos turistas e grande parte deles não usava máscara. E aparentemente não é obrigado a fazê-lo. 😳 Nós mesmos escapamos de uma família italiana no bar do saguão, cujos filhos não sabiam como arranjar espaço. Saber a situação da coroa na Itália foi uma situação angustiante para mim.

This outdated hotel gave us no membership level based upgrade even though there was room. The pool was closed as well as the restaurant. There was a construction going on outside the hotel and that meant 7.30 wake up wanted or not. The parking was free, yes, but in a garage designed for cars from the 70’s. But there was some good things as well: the oatmeal at the breakfast was great and the water served was cold. Won’t be returning here, luckily there are other options very close by.

Breakfast is unreal, biggest choice of food I’ve ever seen, rooms are well appointed but the bathrooms are slightly dated. This is the only negative I had. Excellent location and the staff are exceptional

La ubicación es muy buena y el hotel limpio. Para mi únicas pegas:entra aire por una ventana de la habitación y no subieron a arreglarla nunca, la calefacción va muy floja para el clima que aquí hay, no limpian las habitaciones durante la estancia, y la piscina climatizada estará caliente para ellos, para un español esta fría. Por lo demás todo Genial.
