Hotel com instalações antigas. O local para tomar o café da manhã é pequeno e as vezes temos que esperar liberar uma mesa, dependendo do horário. O valor que paguei pela diária não justifica as instalações e os serviços oferecidos.

No geral, uma excelente estadia e ficaríamos novamente! Gostaria que a piscina e a banheira de hidromassagem fossem mais limpas. Café-da-manhã foi decente, boa seleção. Alguns funcionários não pareciam muito amigáveis, mas outros eram agradáveis. Perto de restaurantes e aeroporto. O transporte foi útil.

Overall a great stay and we would stay again! Wish the pool and hot tub were cleaner. Breakfast was decent, good selection. Some staff didn’t seem very friendly but others were pleasant. Close to restaurants and airport. Shuttle was handy.

A equipe é incrível, mas o hotel é antigo e não é bem conservado. O ar condicionado de janela mal funcionou e por isso o quarto era muito desconfortável. Sem secador de cabelo no quarto ou sem lenços de papel. A equipe tem que trabalhar ainda mais por causa da condição do hotel ... e eles trabalham duro para fazer as coisas direito. Muitos outros bons hotéis na área ao redor deles.

Minha estadia foi MARAVILHOSA! Felizmente, a mulher da recepção, Myriah, foi super prestativa em responder a todas as minhas perguntas, e seu sorriso e atitude eram inacreditáveis! Com certeza ficarei novamente!

Hotel front desk, horrible staff, dirty filthy front desk. I had reservations from 3 weeks. We reached at hotel at 12.05 AM after 5.5 hours long flight on 4/13/22 . Women at front desk says my system is down and can’t see your reservation. Showed her on my phone. Asked for clean and quiet room. She replied I don’t have it. You need to take what I offer. I said if room is dirty then you get reviews what I experienced. She told us to leave her property at 12.30 in night. She was so angry and left front desk. She didn’t care what happened to us at that time. She comes back and told us she is going to call local police if we did go soon. Hopefully all is recorded in their CYC camera. Property honor and Reddison cooperation should review it. My husband asked her what we did wrong and she said you are going to write reviews. I never give bad reviews but this one will open lots of travelers thinking. This woman said reservations means nothing. She has ultimate power to check you inn. You are no body. Sounds crazy but it happened this morning. We went next door to court yard Marriottand they were completely booked but helped us over and beyond. We payed very high room rates for checking in late in different hotel but slept well for 7 hours. Pay extra but do not make mistakes of booking at cheap places….it is your vacation or travel make it memorable……

We planned to stay here tonight. This morning our flight was cancelled. After trying all afternoon to get on another flight today, it didn't happen. We can't fly in until the morning. Instead of understanding our predicament, they refused to cancel our room. So now we are paying for a room we won't use! And any possible days we could move it to "were unavailable". I would say customer service is VERY lacking!

The floors were really yucky. Trash outside of hotel rooms waiting to be picked up but… house keeping doesn’t come around unless you’re there for more than 5 days because of Covid…. But no one more masks… so really it was just laziness. I asked for new sheets and was declined. They would not give me new sheets to make our own bed 😂. Why? I don’t know… apparently no access… breakfast was funky. Very funky hotel. I’m surprised it has as many good ratings as it does because it was truly atrocious.

Mike & Deanna were awesome. We were in a bad situation due to flight issues, and when I explained to them what happened they were very understanding and kind. They helped us out to make the rest of our trip a whole lot better. Rooms were clean and beds are comfortable,good breakfast to start your day.

Lobby is get a remodel as was the room next to us so of course didn't get to sleep in due to the workers being loud, also no hot water at all atleast the room we had didn't have any. I'm sure when the remodel is done this hotel should look better. Plus side of thing's the free breakfast was great.

We came in really late it was one of the few rooms left on the west side of Phoenix. First night all 5 of us (2 adults and 3 kids slept in a king bed) the next morning the staff was horrified this had happened and apologized. They also worked with us to change us to a room with two queens for Saturday night. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable! Excellent service!

Pros: 1. Clean room 2. Wonderful temperature 3. Clean two-part bathroom (sink area is separate from toilet and shower) 4. Great water pressure 5. Microwave and refrigerator work 6. Television works 7. Room service available 8. Small store near desk 9. Pet friendly Cons: 1. Lots of noise from hallway 2. Hard mattress 3. Creaky bed 4. Crickets. I found a dead one in the trash and a live one near the toilet... Or maybe they were the same cricket and I thought it was dead before.

Todo está bien, solo falta tener más control de las personas ajenas al lugar. Cualquiera entra hasta las suites sin ser cuestionado

Pase dos noches y todo fue excelente, habitaciones limpias con todas las comodidades, gracias por hospedarnos sin importar la hora q arribamos.

Mal servicio recibí en hotel! salí del hotel por la mañana después de hacer un reporte de falla de aire acondicionado por que no enfrió bien por la noche, salgo por la mañana a realizar paseo con mi familia y regreso a las 7 pm y la habitación está sucia, camas sin hacer, la basura donde mismo y no hay toallas limpias!! No recibí el servicio por el cual se pago!!

Los cuartos estaban acogedores pero bien equipados. Mi único problema fue el desayuno, que puede ser que hayamos llegado muy tarde pero no cumplió expectativas.
