La única razón para el 4 estrellas es el estacionamiento y ningún asistente para ver mis maletas mientras doblé la esquina hacia el garaje. ¡No está pegado al hotel y mis maletas no eran ligeras! Habiendo dicho eso, me encantó la habitación y la ubicación. Pike & Rose tiene muchos restaurantes y tiendas, y el metro no está lejos. A un precio muy razonable. Mi vista era "Bark Social", parque para perros, ¡así que me entretenía cada vez que abría las cortinas! ¡Me quedaré aquí de nuevo con mi equipaje sobre ruedas!

A única razão para o 4 estrelas é o estacionamento e nenhum atendente para vigiar minhas malas enquanto eu virava a esquina para a garagem. Não é anexo ao hotel e minhas malas não eram leves! Dito isto, adorei o quarto e a localização. Pike & Rose tem muitos restaurantes e lojas, e o metrô não fica longe. Com preços muito razoáveis. Minha visão era "Bark Social", parque para cães, então eu me divertia toda vez que abria minhas cortinas! Eu vou ficar aqui novamente com minha bagagem sobre rodas!

The only reason for the 4 star is parking and no attendant to watch my bags while I went around the corner to the garage. It is not attached to the hotel and my bags were not light! Having said that, I loved the room and the location. Pike & Rose has lots of restaurants and shops, and the metro is not far. Very reasonably priced. My view was "Bark Social," dog park, so I was entertained every time I opened my drapes! I will stay here again with my luggage on wheels!

SE EU PUDER DAR 0 ESTRELAS EU DARIA! Eu amo este hotel, mas eu nunca vou voltar! Eles ainda me cobraram enquanto eu nem fiquei! Perdi o horário de check-in devido a um problema no voo e ainda não me reembolsaram. Uma vez que cheguei ao hotel, eles me disseram que eu não comparecia e deram meu quarto, na época eles me disseram que eu seria capaz de obter um reembolso. Mas lutando por semanas e ainda nada! Como você ainda pode cobrar de alguém por um quarto em que não ficou? QUANDO FOI A CULPA DOS HOTÉIS POR DAR MEU QUARTO?! CUIDADO!!!!!

IF I CAN GIVE 0 STARS I WOULD! I love this hotel but I am never going back! They still charged me while I didn’t even stay! I missed check in time due to a flight problem and still wouldn’t give me a refund. Once I got to the hotel they told me I was a no show and gave my room away, at the time they told me I would be able to get a refund. But fighting for weeks and still nothing! How can you still charge someone for a room they didn’t stay in? WHEN IT WAS THE HOTELS FAULT FOR GIVING OUT MY ROOM?! BEWARE!!!!!

Este é um boutique como hotel. Tem uma decoração moderna/industrial. A localização é ótima, com muito para comer nas proximidades. O estacionamento não está ligado ao hotel, o que não foi terrível, mas choveu todos os dias que estivemos lá, então tivemos que ser rápidos na nossa transição da garagem. Percebo que o Covid atingiu o setor de serviços e a equipe é curta. Meu único problema é não oferecer limpeza diária se você não tiver a equipe. Caso contrário, o lugar era ótimo.

Este es un hotel tipo boutique. Tiene una decoración moderna/industrial. La ubicación es genial, con mucho para comer cerca. El estacionamiento no está conectado con el hotel, lo cual no fue terrible, pero llovió todos los días que estuvimos allí, por lo que tuvimos que ser rápidos en nuestra transición desde el estacionamiento. Me doy cuenta de que Covid ha afectado a la industria de servicios y el personal es escaso. Mi único problema es que no ofrezco limpieza diaria si no tiene el personal. De lo contrario, el lugar era genial.

This is a boutique like hotel. It has a modern/industrial decor. Location is great, with lots to eat nearby. The parking is not connected to the hotel, which was not terrible, but it rained every day we were there, so we had to be quick about our transition from the parking garage. I realize Covid has hit the service industry and staff is short. My only issue is do not offer daily cleaning if you do not have the staff. Otherwise, the place was great.

Quarto sujo com cabelos humanos espalhados pela cadeira, cama e banheiro. Não existia nenhuma "limpeza COVID" como se faz hoje em dia nos hotéis. Sem estacionamento gratuito ou a preços reduzidos. Sem estacionamento anexo ao hotel. Não há frigobar no quarto. Sem piscina. Hotel muito bonito, mas um pouco moderno demais para o meu gosto. Um aspecto positivo era a mesa de pastelaria diária no lobby. Existem também muitos restaurantes excelentes a uma curta caminhada. Portanto, duas estrelas em vez de uma.

O hotel tem uma localização agradável perto da família. Viemos para um pequeno reencontro. Houve uma série de problemas frustrantes. Notavelmente, minha avó tem 89 anos com Parkinson. Este é o nosso hotel favorito na área. O clima é legal e é super clean e confortável. Quando estávamos lá no Dia de Ação de Graças, o bar / restaurante não estava muito aberto, mas entendemos o porquê, com a escassez de mão de obra. O pessoal que ESTÁ lá, é super simpático e acolhedor. Nós vamos ficar aqui novamente.

El hotel está en una buena ubicación cerca de la familia. Vinimos para tener una pequeña reunión. Hubo varios problemas frustrantes. En particular, mi abuela tiene 89 años y padece de Parkinson. Habitación sucia con cabello humano por toda la silla, la cama y el baño. No hubo "limpieza COVID" como se pretende hacer hoy en día en los hoteles. No hay estacionamiento gratuito o reducido. No hay estacionamiento adjunto al hotel. No hay mini refrigeradores en la habitación. No hay piscina. Hotel muy bonito pero un poco demasiado hipster para mi gusto. Un aspecto positivo fue la mesa de pastelería diaria en el vestíbulo. También hay muchos restaurantes excelentes a poca distancia. Por tanto, dos estrellas en lugar de una.

The hotel is in a nice location near family.We came to have a small reunion. There were a number of frustrating problems.Notably, my grandmother is 89 years old with Parkinson's.The carpet in the room was lifted, which was repaired as requested to make the room safe.Furthermore, the sliding door on the bathroom was broken and did not slide.This meant that one did not have privacy when using the toilet.The restaurant was closed, which did not seem to be displayed when we reserved.As there are numerous restaurants nearby, this was not such a problem; however it did seem to be a chore to ask for a wine opener.For a 5 day stay, we asked twice to open a bottle of wine.The first time, they were able to give a wine opener to open a bottle and return, but this was too much to ask two days later. The safe did not work in one of the rooms.The chair in the room was squeaky at first, but later had a bold fall out, making it unstable.We brought up a number of these complaints up to the front desk, and some were addressed, while many were disregarded.Lastly, services have changed since we last stayed here about 2 years ago, when valet parking was complimentary. We all understand COVID has changed the service industry.However, it is still listed that valet parking is available.While I do not really care about this service, it becomes difficult to park 2 blocks away and help one's grandmother to safely enter the building.When we asked why this was still listed, again we got no answer.Food and beverage credit was not offered.We were offered bagels, toaster, fruit and cereal.

Dirty room with human hair all over the chair, bed, and bathroom. There was no "COVID cleaning" like they pretend to do nowadays at hotels. No free or reduced parking. No parking attached to hotel. No mini fridges in the room. No pool. Very pretty hotel but a little too hipster for my taste. One positive was the daily pastry table in the lobby. There are also a lot of great restaurants within walking distance. Hence two stars instead of one.

This is our favorite hotel in the area. The vibe is cool and it's super clean and comfortable. When we were there over Thanksgiving the bar/restaurant wasn't open very much, but we understand why, with the labor shortage. The staff that IS there, is super friendly and welcoming. We will stay here again.

Great location !!Walking distance to restaurants and lots of shops. The room was clean and the bed super comfy.Special thanks to Sherine at reception, she was super nice, she gave me lots of dinning info and took her time to answer all of my questions. The only negative point is that the hotel doesn'thave parking. Other than that, great stay!!

Eles estão sempre mudando, muito instáveis com as coisas que oferecem e como tratam seus clientes. Se você pode ir para um DC, eles são muito mais legais e trabalham mais com você, isso se você deve ficar no dossel. Quer dizer, houve muitos outros problemas no passado e eu continuei voltando enquanto eles prometiam ser melhores, mas neste Ponto eu finalmente dei o passo de não voltar e ir para o canopy DC fiz uma escolha maravilhosa! Si puedes ir a DC One, son mucho más amables y trabajan más contigo, eso es si debes quedarte en el dosel. Quiero decir, hubo muchos otros problemas en el pasado y seguí regresando porque seguían prometiendo ser mejores, pero en este Punto que finalmente di el paso de no regresar e ir al canopy DC ¡Hice una elección maravillosa! They Are always changing, very unstable with things they offer and how they treat their customers. If you can go to DC one they are much nicer and work with you more, that’s if you must stay at the canopy. I mean there were many other issues in the past and I kept coming back as they kept promising to be better, but at this Point I finally took the step of not coming back and going to the canopy DC I made a wonderful choice! Embora este seja um bom hotel e excelente localização, ficamos completamente desapontados com o serviço que recebemos da equipe da recepção. Uma garota chamada Beth foi rude e intratável. Ela deu uma atitude toda vez que tínhamos pedido algo como se fôssemos um incômodo. Havia outro senhor mais velho que nem olhava em nossa direção quando estávamos na fila para pedir ajuda. Esses indivíduos estão no setor de serviços, mas não fomos tratados como hóspedes no hotel. Não vamos ficar em um hotel Hilton Canopy nunca mais. Há muitos hotéis legais por aí para nos fazer sentir bem-vindos e oferecer um serviço muito melhor do que este em Bethesda.

While this was a nice hotel and great location, we were completely disappointed in the service we had received from the desk staff. A girl named Beth was rude and unaccommodating. She gave an attitude everytime we had ask for something like we were a bother. There was another older gentleman who would not even look our way when we were standing in line to get help. These individiduals are in the service industry but we were not treated like guests in the hotel. We will not be staying at a Hilton Canopy hotel ever again. There are way too many nice hotels out there to make us feel welcomed and offer way better service than this one in Bethesda.

Nós apreciamos a nossa estadia! Este é um hotel muito chique e moderno! Você sabe que seu hotel é ótimo quando liga a TV e seu nome aparece! 😅, O hotel era muito limpo, viajo com uma luz azul e devo dizer que o hotel é mais limpo do que alguns hotéis 5 estrelas por aí. Cama eram confortáveis, chuveiro tinha grande pressão, o AC estava super frio! Eles também têm bom café da manhã e áreas para ponto de encontro. E a localização é perfeita, pois há uma tonelada de atividades ao redor da área. E a vista do quarto é ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐! Eu definitivamente voltaria se eu tivesse a ocasião.

Nice hotel com ótima localização na Pike & Rose. Os funcionários da recepção foram simpáticos. Quarto aconchegante com vista de canto, no entanto, a estrutura da cama precisa ser substituída devido aos sons produzidos pela madeira, o que é estranho para um hotel Hilton. O serviço de quarto estava no horário. Projeto do chuveiro e do vaso sanitário não é o melhor, conceito muito desconfortável. O terraço era lindo.

¡Disfrutamos mucho de nuestra estancia! ¡Es un hotel muy chic y moderno! ¡Sabes que tu hotel es genial cuando enciendes la televisión y aparece tu nombre! 😅, El hotel estaba muy limpio, viajo con luz azul y tengo que decir que su hotel está más limpio que algunos hoteles de 5 estrellas. La cama era cómoda, la ducha tenía una gran presión, el aire acondicionado estaba muy frío. También tienen un buen desayuno y áreas para pasar el rato. Y la ubicación es perfecta ya que hay un montón de actividades en la zona. ¡Y la vista desde la habitación es ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐! Definitivamente volvería si tuviera la ocasión.

Bonito hotel con excelente ubicación justo en Pike & Rose. El personal de recepción fue amable. Acogedora habitación con vista de esquina, sin embargo, el marco de la cama debe ser reemplazado debido a los sonidos de la madera, lo cual es extraño para un hotel Hilton. Nice hotel with great location right on Pike & Rose. Front desk staff were friendly. Cozy room with corner view however, bed frame needs to be replaced due to wood making sounds which is odd for a hotel by Hilton. Room service was on-time. Shower and toilet design not the best, very uncomfortable concept. Terrace was beautiful.

We enjoyed our stay ! This is a very chic and trendy hotel! You know your hotel is a great when you turn on the TV and your name pops up! 😅 , The hotel was really clean, I travel with a blue light and I have to say that its hotel is cleaner than some 5 stars hotels out there. Bed were comfortable , shower had great pressure, the AC was super cold! They also have nice breakfast and areas to hangout. And the location is perfect as there are a ton of activities around the area. And the view from the room is ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐! I would definitely go back if i have the occasion.
