“The overall stay here was good but there were a few minor issues in the bathroom. The first night that we arrived there was no hand soap or body wash in the dispenser. With a text to the front desk we were able to get that corrected. The hand soap dispenser did have an issue where it kept leaking on the counter.
The bed was pretty comfortable but the single pillow was not full enough. The pool view was cool with the High Roller in the background.
The condition of the hotel and casino appeared to be very clean and well kept.
We ended up getting to speak with the lady who did our house keeping and she was amazing and very caring about the service you had for your stay.
The front counter was the worst part of the stay as all computers for checking in/out had issues where we always had to get an associate involved to complete any process.”
