“Rooms are extremely dated with stained carpets, cracking ceilings and dirty everything. Check in was supposed to be at 2pm and after arriving we were told to go for a walk and come back in an hour. At 3pm we returned and there was a lobby full of guests and no rooms ready. We waited two hours for our room and the staff were unapologetic, unfriendly and unwilling to offer anything as compensation. After a travel day since 5am this is just ridiculous. Pick a different hotel if you are coming to Nice”
