Even with social distancing the experience was great, the staff is really really nice, the room was spotless and everything worked as it was supposed to, room service is incredibly fast. The only down side was that not all areas of the hotel were available, that doesn't ruin the experience but they should let people know before making the reservation.”

“I’m Dominican I recently traveled here. The food is really bad. Like it has no flavor and it’s not how u expect it to be , it’s very small most of the times and everything is really overpriced . The rooms are not separated and I was disappointed about that. The fridges are small and only contain 2 sodas , 2 7ups & 2 Pepsi’s , and water. They also had no wines or anything in the place that it should be but they offer a place holder for them which makes no sense. The good things are that there is unlimited amount of food after you’ve already payed and a jacuzzi in your room well At least in mine. Although it was kind of broken . There is also a balcony outside which is nice for view but it’s not worth it. I’ve visited other resorts that are cheaper and better. Definitely a waste.”
