Pequeno almoço com muito pouca variedade, Temos que esperar muito tempo para que os empregados limpem as mesas para nos podermossentar. Cartões de entrada dos quartos constantemente desmagnetizados. Pouca segurança de estacionamento uma vez que o portão está constantemente aberto.quarto em mau estado de conservação e canalização deficiente.

Local aprazível e sossegado, muito bom para quem estar num espaço em que se pode respirar e ter calma... Quarto standard impecável, apenas uma queixa relativa à dureza dos colchões, mas após reclamação, foi melhorada a situação...Pequeno-almoço muito agradável e com escolha variada de produtos desde frutas, charcutaria, queijos, pão, sumos... mais que suficiente para começar bem o dia... E no restaurante, apesar de menu pouco extenso, é possível comer um hamburguer ou uns ovos/tortilha agradável... Para chegarmos ao centro de Madrid é só apanhar o bus161 em 10minutos e com apenas 1,5€estamos lá......

Muito bom. Longe da cidade mas ao mesmo tempo perto. Pode-se estacionar o carro e utilizar apenas os transportes públicos. Local calmo onde depois das visitas à cidade se pode descansar. Uma boa piscina para estar com as crianças.

Hotel com cheiro de cigarro. Mudei de quarto 4 vezes e não consegui um quarto sem cheiro de cigarro. Tem cinzeiros nos quartos. A piscina está fechada. A quadra de tênis é minúscula. Quarto pequeno. Café da manhã normal. Não entendo como esse hotel é 4 estrelas. Muito longe do centro. Transporte limitado nas redondezas. É um hotel bonito, mas não recomendo.

Buen hotel, habitaciones grandes y limpias y bien climatizadas. Personal amable. Disponen de parking gratuito y restaurante, para comer y cenar x carta aunque la carta son hamburguesas y pizzas y alguna ensalada básicamente. Precios altos para la calidad de la comida. El restaurante tenía muy poca iluminación, pero estaba bien climatizado. El hotel se encuentra a las afueras de Madrid lejos de bares, tiendas y restaurantes, en un sitio muy tranquilo. Disponen de jardines y piscina en época de verano.

Bonito y tranquilo, la cama es increíblemente cómoda, lo único que se podría mejorar es la señal wifi.El personal de recepción muy agradable, lo recomiendo encarecidamente.

Según entramos el personal muy amable, y encima de León 😉. Habitaciones amplias y cómodas, no se escucha nada de ruido y teníamos acceso a una terrazapara poder fumar. El restaurante tiene poca variedad de carta pero lo justo para salir del paso. Desayuno tipo buffet muy bueno. Aparcamiento privado con código y acceso a cualquier hora. Recomiendo al 100%

Estuvimos dos noches y todo bien. El aparcamiento va con clave y genial. La única pega que tenemos es que la cama dejaba bastante que desear, muy muy dura. Por lo demás, trato muy bueno en recepción y muy atentos.

Buen trato, variedad en el desayuno. Aunque aún les queda por concienciar acerca de las intolerancias, ya que en uno de los mediodías que nos quedamos a comer, eran pocas las opciones sin gluten. Todo se reducía a una ensalada y carne/pescado. Habitaciones confortables, camas cómodas, baño bien.

Every time I visit Madrid this is my hotel, the staff is super nice and professional, the rooms very clean, the breakfast is really good, the location is quiet and convenient, the bus stop is at the door. They have a nice pool and the price is affordable.

Some annoyances, such as the water of the shower became super hot or super cold very fast, the blow drier is useless, the champo damaged my hair and there aren't power outlets near thebed. Any noise is easily heard. Breakfast very good, amazing bread, nice people and beautiful neighborhood.

Nice staff. The Hotel has awesome conditions. The breakfast is good for the price. The area around the hotel is very quite, good for relax. However it is a little far from places with life.

If you need to be out in this part of town and you don't need facilities or access to amenities then this is OK, but it's not cheap for what it is and the absence of little touches makes it a hotel I wouldn't choose or recommend. No free water, nowhere to get even a cup of coffee during the day. Closed gate, poor signage. Tiny lift. No real bar facilities, but you can get a beer in the restaurant (when it's open). Clean enough. Hard bed. No irons in the rooms. €1.75 for a very small bottle of water

This hotel is a business hotel.I would not recommend this for travellers or couples.There's is two things I value in this kind of hotels,bed and food.After a hard day travelling and working far of your house you just want a good dinner and good sleep.The food is actually good,really good,but is the same menu for a whole week (two starters and two mains) so if you are there for more than 3 days you will repeat dish,I been there for a week so... I just can say tired.There is a la carte menu but is not extensive too but the quality is good and price reasonable.After a good dinner and good wine sleep should be easy,but not.I been there in two occasions in different rooms and both of them has the same firm bad mattress which stick his springs on you.Really uncomfortable. The duvet is a cheap synthetic so doesn't help as well.The staff was great and really friendly,all of them,house keeping,bar,reception...
