Excelente hotel. Serviços de ótima qualidade, com pessoas atenciosas e prestativas. A localidade do hotel é muito boa, perto da estação 79st line 1 do metro ou se andar um pouco mais tem a 72st line 1 / 2 / 3. O hotel fica num bairro residencial, então e bem calmo e silencioso, seguro pra andar em qualquer horário. O quarto é pequeno mas muito aconchegante, pra quem veio viajar pra não ficar no quarto e sim passear pela cidade é excelente. Verifique o serviço de turismo na recepção, conseguimos bons preços. O café não é incluso, mas no lobby de noite sempre tem umas garrafas de água quente e leite com sachês pra vc fazer seu chocolate quente ou chá.

Ar condicionado muito barulhento. Banheiro sujo. Bem localizado. Perto de metrô e CVS 24h. Cama um pouco pequena, mas gostosa.

Apesar da boa localização, os quartos são velhos e empoirados.O café da manhã é decepcionante pelo valor da diária que se paga. É simplesmente uma avareza.! Não volto mais.

Quartos muito muito pequenos mas funcionais.wc ok.só tem 1 elevador a funcionar para 10 pisos. Pequeno almoço com senha de 10 usd na pastelaria mil folhas ao lado muito bom.Excelente localizaçao juntk central park e inicio das avenidas. A 20 minutos a pé da times square. Metro linha 1 a 200m.

The room was renovated and very good. The staff were helpful and polite. The rest of the hotel was quite dated. One elevator was out of order for the three nights I was there. The breakfast was a $10 voucher for a drink and a croissant downstairs but there was always a long queue so I didn't use it.

My stay at Belleclaire was amazing! It is super close to Central Park, Grand Bazaar and easy access to metro. The rooms were renovated and everything in the hotel looks new and trendy. They also give a 10 USD voucher per day for breakfast to eat in the French bakery inside the hotel. The food there is delicious - the only down side of my whole experience was the long line for breakfast - they should do something about it (once I waited 40 min in line to get a croissant). I would stay here again in my next trip.

My stay was so amazing. One of the nicest hotels in NYC. Staff is so caring and nice, room service checked up on me at least twice a day. Refilling my towels, toilet paper, and toiletries. Beds are very comfortable. The view is amazing and the bakery down stairs is out of this world. You get a $10 voucher per person per day. Covering at-least a croissant of your choice & a coffee which is perfect for me. They’re is also a doorman and the lobby is always so clean.

What a great little hotel! Hotel Belleclaire was booked for us by a friend. I'm normally a Hilton girl, but I'm so glad our friend booked this boutique hotel for us. The staff is friendly and the location is perfect for exploring the Upper West Side. It's also super close to the subway station so it makes it easy to get around the city if you need to.

El hotel está en construcción, los cuartos son pequeños , no tienen intalaciones de servicio, ni en el lobby tienen café y además de supuestamente decir que el desayuno está incluído , solamente te dan un voucher de $10 dólares, mucha información errónea e inconclusa

Our room was clean and a decent size. The bed was comfortable. The bakery attached is delicious! I wasn’t amazed by the staff checking us in, but a huge reason for my five stars were the people behind the scenes. We had an engineer come fix our door, it wasn’t locking, he was wonderful. The housekeeping staff was amazing and in my opinion went above and beyond. They folded our pajamas and even moved around a little stuffed animal one of our children packed for us to have on our weekend away. Location is great. We would stay here again.

Wanted to take the time to make sure Francelle and Chris and the house keeping staff get the credit they deserve. Yes ! renovations are being done and the room we stayed at was not too spacious and I do know they have different options. It is NY architecture I can only assume. The overall experience ; thanks to the staff, the lobby atmosphere , and the little bakery/caffe made everyday of our stay with my partner a wonderful experience. We even had the good fortune of being close to most of the places we wanted to visit and we would definitely love to stay over again in the Future . Best Wishes; Luis and Sandra

Friendly and Welcoming Staff upon arrival. I’ve stayed here with my family for a week and we loved it and met nice people from foreign and international countries during our stay. Bakery for breakfast, affordable price and it’s delicious, brilliant. It’s a perfect location with a walking distance from the Shops and Transportation to go to the Tourist Attraction Spots in NYC easily. Hope to visit again either next year or in the future.

Fui para vacaciones de año nuevo y la verdad me pareció un hotel muy correcto, las habitaciones limpias y amplias, por lo menos en la que nos quedamos estuvo todo perfecto! El personal de front desk realmente amables y el café del lado es estupendo. Si es tu primera vez en NYC recomiendo quizás quedarte más cerca de lugares más turísticos, pero si ya conoces la ciudad, es un muy buen sector para caminar, ir a pequeños restaurantes y bares, o ir de paseo a Central Park. El metro está a 1 cuadra lo que hace que moverse sea rápido.

El hotel está un poco alejado de puntos de interés (cerca tiene el museo y Central Park), a uno 40’ andando. El trato es muy bueno. Todo el personal es muy amable y servicial. Siempre están dispuestos a ayudar. El último día nos íbamos por la noche y nos dejaron hacer uso del gimnasio por la tarde para podernos ir duchados. El servicio de limpieza muy bueno, las habitaciones están limpísimas.

Hotel de 4 estrellas que en España serían 2. Bien localizado pero muy caro dada su antigüedad y la falta de desayuno. Habitaciones pequeñas aunque bien equipadas, con mobiliario antiguo. Aire acondicionado ruidoso. Buena atención por parte de empleados.

Un hotel con cosas buenas, regulares y malas. *Al llegar no querían darnos la habitación deluxe king size que teníamos reservada y pagada. Después de un tira y afloja, finalmente y como por arte de magía, nuestra habitación estaba libre *La cama muy cómoda, y la ropa de cama agradable,pero las almohadas fatal. Altas y duras *La habitación amplia y luminosa, y los puntos de luz buenos para la noche. TV plana en la pared, nevera, y un armario más bien justo... Las ventanas con cortinas oscuras y persianas de madera. Como nuestro piso era el noveno, se veía el Hudson muy cerquita. *El baño amplio, con buenas toallas y productos de aseo, pero mala iluminación. Hay secador. *La limpieza está bien en el interior de la habitación, pero si abres la ventana te puede entrar cualquier cosa *El aire situado en la ventana, y como se ha debido hacer sin cambiar las ventanas, resulta algo chapuza, pues entra ruido, y en invierno imagino que también frio por unas rendijas tapadas con cinta adhesiva *Había tres ascensores, y en la semana que hemos pasado en el hotel, uno no llegó a funcionar *La situación no está mal, lejos del centro de Manhattan,pero a dos manzanas de una linea de metro y a cuatro calles de otra que hay junto el Museo de Historia Natural *Hay cerca restaurantes, cafeterias y un par de supermercados

Es un hotel muy acogedor y limpio. Nuestra habitacion es barata y bastante pequena pero no tiene armario, lo cual ha sido bastante sorprendente. Por 15 $ mas, pueden acomodarte en una habitacion mas grande y es seguro que tiene armario. Sin embargo, recomiendo este hotel porque porque esta en medio de Manhattan y tiene buena calidad-precio.
